MAIN PURPOSE
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer will operate within the Rendez-Vous Product, part of the Client Platforms are, within Group Technology Client & Market.
You will be joining a small and dynamic team where you will support our worldwide Salesforce initiatives that are aiming at improving the appointment management experience (Rendez-Vous) for Customers, Sales Associates and Client Relation Centre Ambassadors through a unique tool fully integrated with all the client touchpoints.
Our template is based on state-of-the-art solutions leveraging mainly Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
You will be in charge of the Marketing Cloud development to deliver successful features.
You will run technical solution design, implementation, and maintenance to ensure a smooth development lifecycle.
You will work closely with the Business Analysts to engineer the solutions to business problematics and ensure that the delivery of the roadmap is done with a high-quality standard.
You are an expert on Marketing Cloud solutions and have always in mind to deliver scalable and flexible solutions that allow us to onboard different Maisons within the same template.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize customer journeys using journey builder, automation studio, email studio and mobile studio.
Implement an integration with WhatsApp, KakaoTalk and Line.
Produce significant, reusable, scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Review existing implementation and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain documentation and log technical debt to support continuous improvement.
Ensure working end-to-end processes and features.
Engage code reviews, testing and debugging to guarantee quality and performance.
Cooperate with agile team to understand, refine and estimate requirements.
Ensure bug fixing.
Ensure traceability through Jira (agile project management tool).
Actively participate to regular agile meetings (Daily Meeting, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective).
YOUR PROFILE
A skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer with a solid experience in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio and AMPscript.
Bachelor or master degree in computer science or software engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Cloud Pages and server-side scripting.
Strong knowledge of data extensions, segmentation, and relational databases.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email and SMS deliverability.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.
Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM or other platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
Exposure to Agile methodologies with an experience in Jira and Confluence suites.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.G., Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist).
Excellent proficiency in English.
