We are looking for a Sales Assistant as sick leave cover.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Team according to Sonae Arauco's internal procedures;
* Handling and posting of incoming invoices, vendor master data creation and maintenance in SAP, and preparation of subsequent vendor payments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* University degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business;
* Excellent communication and analytical skills are required;
* Experience with SAP (S4Hana is a plus);
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
