We’re looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Magento PHP Developer to join our remote engineering team.
In this key technical role, you’ll lead development of core Magento 2 applications and extensions for enterprise-level e-commerce systems, help define architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with top-tier engineers across the full stack.

You will
* Lead the design and development of Magento 2 modules, extensions, and integrations for enterprise clients
* Collaborate closely with front-end, DevOps, and back-end developers to ensure smooth delivery and system coherence
* Conduct code reviews, mentor teammates, and set best practices for quality and scalability
* Drive architecture discussions and contribute to high-level technical decision‑making
* Stay ahead of the curve with modern PHP and Magento ecosystem trends
This is a hands‑on role for an expert Magento engineer who thrives in fast‑paced, innovative environments and enjoys both building and leading.
Requirements
* 7+ years of professional software development experience
* 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Magento 2 PHP development
* Strong understanding of Magento 2 architecture and modern PHP ecosystem
* Experience with e‑commerce architecture, module development, dependency injection, and API integration
* Familiarity with Symfony, Composer, Elasticsearch, Redis, or similar tools
* Prior experience on enterprise‑scale e‑commerce projects
* Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
* Proactive, innovation‑driven approach and ability to make decisions independently
