Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy in collaboration with Nestlé's brands.
* Create HTML content based on templates, revising and making changes/corrections as necessary.
* Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool.
* Design customer journeys according to guidelines provided by the brands.
* Create A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability.
* Monitor campaigns and create KPI reports.
* Ensure campaigns' deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPIs.
* Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar.
* Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (e.g., MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Klaviyo).
* Knowledge of HTML or CSS.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods.
* Good analytical skills.
* Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus).
* Passion for the Digital Marketing field.
