Business Development Representative
This is a role that involves providing telemarketing profiling, digital selling, relationship nurturing and lead development using multi-channel and tele-only plays. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with new business contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tele-profiling, desktop research, relationship nurturing and lead development.
* Use multi-channel and tele-only plays.
* Talk to a wide variety of new business contacts.
* Become a product/offer expert and learn strategies to communicate product/offer value.
* Clearly communicate business decision drivers and benefits to showcase the product/offer as a strategic advantage.
Requirements:
* Proficient language skills in French (verbally and written).
* Solid English language skills to navigate the system and understand training and team communications.
* Superior customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills.
* Strong over-the-phone communication and excellent listening skills.
* Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to hit targets and exceed expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:
* One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer centric role.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience working with Salesforce.Com CRM and SalesLoft or Outreach.
