Job Title
A project document controller lead oversees the efficient flow of information within a project team. They ensure that all documents are accurately numbered, filled, and handed over according to contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the implementation of an effective document control structure and process
* Provide regular reports to project management on document status and performance
* Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding information management and documentation in projects
Requirements
* High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in Information Management preferred)
* 4 to 6 years of experience in similar role
* Professional English language skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to identify process weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement
