We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our remote-friendly team and work on cutting edge projects that will shape the future of AI-driven growth platforms.About the Role: As our first Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user-focused experiences and defining our product's visual identity.
Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll have a unique opportunity to drive the user experience and visual design to new heights, directly impacting our brand and user satisfaction.Responsibilities:Lead Design Initiatives: Drive end-to-end design processes for our product, from research and conceptualization to final visual execution.Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to align design strategy with product goals, contributing to the overall vision.Create User-Focused Designs: Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience.Develop and Maintain a Design System: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure visual consistency across the product.Prototype and Wireframe: Use Figma, Sketch, or other tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and user flows.Stay Updated on Design Trends: Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends to bring fresh perspectives to the product.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and design systems.Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment.
