- Independently manage a portfolio of different retail and traditional clients (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience);
- Collaborate with the leadership team periodically to review internal KPIs and status of commercial strategy execution and development in your clients;
- Collaborate closely to define channel and customer strategies;
- Collaborate to build the best selling-stores for the brand in Portugal, based on local opportunities or other countries best practices as Spain, UK, France, Germany etc;
- Gather and analyze customer insights to build strong, constructive relationships, to increase listings and in-store visibility;
- Work actively with external sales representatives to ensure excellent in-store execution;
- Provide administrative support to business support functions such as Customer Service, Logistics, and Credit & Collection;
- Support other top national clients in terms of operations and administration, even if they are not part of your direct portfolio, contributing to the overall success of the team;
- Develop annual top customer plans aligned with brand and channel strategies, in collaboration with the Sales Manager Portugal;
- Manage customer relationships at all levels, both commercial and non-commercial;
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that implement customer business plans;
- Create accurate volume and spending forecasts and update them throughout the year;
- Negotiate pricing, assortment, and promotions within company commercial guidelines to maximize sustainable sales and profit;
- Analyze sales data and monitor promotional activities to generate actionable category insights;
- Ensure excellent execution for the customers under your responsibility.
Perfil ideal
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management;
- We value prior knowledge or experience in areas such as Category Management, Revenue Management, and Field Execution;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Strong customer network and relationship-building skills;
- Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Hunter and entrepreneur profile bringing enthusiasm and energy to build top brands in FMCG;
- High stress tolerance and ability to manage multiple tasks in a very small team;
- Results-oriented mindset with a "go the extra mile" attitude;
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize key business battles;
- Strong analytical skills and financial understanding;
- Strategic influencing skills, both internally and externally.
