By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential.As a Supplier Product Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of purchased components throughout the procurement and product lifecycle.Ensure the quality of purchased parts within the procurement process, guaranteeing compliance with defined quality requirementsSecure product quality from initial sampling through to series productionApprove components within sampling processes (e.g., PPAP)Manage and follow up on supplier complaints (e.g., using 8D methodology)Initiate and track improvement measures to sustainably enhance supplier and process qualityCollaborate closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Logistics to ensure supplier product qualitySupport quality assurance activities for new components and product launchesMonitor quality KPIs (e.g., PPM, complaint rates) and derive targeted actionsDrive continuous improvement (CIP) across the supply chainSupport Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and ensure quality throughout the entire product lifecycleEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldExperienceSeveral years of experience in Quality Management, ideally in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or Complaint ManagementSolid understanding of relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)Know-howExperience in supplier quality assessments and technical coordination within procurement environmentsKnowledge of sampling procedures (e.g., PPAP)Experience in complaint management and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)Familiarity with preventive quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Control Plan)Experience working with international stakeholdersStrong understanding of quality KPIs and data analysisKnowledge of SAP or similar systems is an advantageLanguagesFluent German and English, both written and spokenWays of Working & StyleStructured and analytical approach to workStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsProactive and solution-oriented mindsetPersonalityAssertive with a confident presence when dealing with internal and external stakeholdersStrong communication skills and intercultural competenceHigh level of ownership and initiativeExchange with colleagues around the worldHealth insurance and medical office on site (nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy and general clinic)Training opportunities (i.e., technical training, foreign languages training) & certificationsOpportunities for career progression and continuous professional developmentAccess to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch productsSports and health related activities (gym)Success stories don ́t just happen.
