Commercial Manager - Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)
My client is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive sales and manage key accounts within the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth aligned with market trends
- Identify and engage potential clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build and maintain client relationships - Negotiate contracts and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate on quality approvals with technical teams
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the Food Industry, preferably Dairy or Infant Nutrition
- Bachelor's/Master's is a plus
- Passion for sustainability and innovation
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of the European food market
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
