About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can turn strong ideas into exceptional visual stories — fast, thoughtfully, and at scale. This role sits at the intersection of craft and performance: you'll edit everything from brand films and social content to high-impact performance assets, helping shape how brands show up across modern platforms.
You'll own edits end-to-end, collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams, and help raise the overall bar for quality, efficiency, and storytelling. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who's confident in their taste, decisive in their execution, and excited to lead by example.
What You'll Do
Edit high-quality video content across multiple formats: social, paid media, brand campaigns, short-form, long-form, and cut-downs
Take projects from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring pacing, rhythm, and narrative clarity
Collaborate with creative directors, producers, strategists, and designers to bring concepts to life
Develop and maintain consistent editing standards, visual language, and quality control
Create multiple versions of edits optimized for different platforms and placements
Work efficiently within fast-paced timelines without sacrificing quality
Provide guidance, feedback, and light mentorship to junior editors when needed
Manage files, timelines, and exports with strong organizational discipline
What We're Looking For
6+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, studio, or in-house)
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects experience strongly preferred)
Strong sense of pacing, music, timing, and visual storytelling
Experience editing both brand-led and performance-driven content
Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc.)
Excellent taste — you know what feels premium, modern, and culturally relevant
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Comfortable owning projects and making creative decisions independently
A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Nice to Have
Motion graphics or light animation skills
Experience working with performance metrics and creative testing frameworks
Color grading knowledge
Experience with remote teams and distributed workflows
Familiarity with Frame.io or similar review tools
