What is expected in this role:
1. Managing customer claims and returns for B2B and B2C customers;
2. Being the technical support to evaluate warranties and exchanges;
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction, and follow up all steps and timings of claims;
4. Tasks are carried out in writing, so well-developed written communication skills are a must.
5. Being problem-solving orientated.
What we're looking for:
1. Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
2. Fluency in French (is a plus);
3. Strong customer orientation;
4. Planning and organization skills;
5. Domain of computer tools.
