Senior UX/UI Designer Job
We are seeking a skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team.
* Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design;
* Strong experience creating and managing complex design systems;
* Skills in Figma, UX, and UI design for web applications;
* Ability to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences;
* Understanding of information architecture, interaction design principles, and frontend technologies;
* Enterprise or B2B application experience is valued;
* Fluency in English (mandatory);
* Travel availability to Lisbon.
Responsibilities
* Creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs;
* Maintaining and evolving design documentation and component libraries;
* Contributing to the development and maintenance of the design system;
* Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineers to refine user flows;
* Ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across applications;
* Providing clear, organized design handoffs to development teams;
* Participating in discussions to align design decisions with business needs.
