* Strong understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, social, and/or performance-based) and the competitive landscape;

* Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively build relationships;
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and optimize revenue;
* Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within advertising or marketing technology;
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quota attainment;
* Experience managing and developing a high volume portfolio of accounts.
