Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and operate highly available Kubernetes clusters
Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane
Manage hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments
Implement Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, network policies, secrets)
Build observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK
Integrate CI/CD and GitOps workflows (Argo CD, GitHub Actions, Atlantis)
Lead application and platform migrations from OKD to GKE/k0s
Requirements:
5+ years in DevOps/SRE, 3+ years managing production Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes internals and troubleshooting
Experience with containers (Docker, containerd, Podman)
Scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash)
Hands-on experience with OpenShift (OKD)
