Key Account Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill a Key Account Manager position in our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies.


About the Position:

* This role involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for creating strategic plans, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction is consistently met.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to drive business growth.
2. Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive strategic plans for client accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, meeting client expectations, and driving business success.


Requirements:

* A degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business administration.
* Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish (mandatory) and fluency in English (a plus).
* At least 2 years of experience in account management within a small to medium-sized enterprise environment.
* Mandatory industry knowledge in marketing solutions, printing, and promotional gifts.
