Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to pre-boarding.


Main Responsibilities:

* Manage the recruitment process for trainees, including screening applications, coordinating assessments, conducting screening calls, and issuing offers/contracts;
* Coordinate daily with our administrative department, including contract issuance and reception tracking, and acting as liaison between candidates and internal teams;
* Assist in graduate and trainee hiring coordination, including candidate tracking and documentation, as well as supporting administrative compliance (e.g. agreements, document collection, immigration, pre-boarding);
* Provide on-site support during attraction and recruitment events (career fairs, recruitment days), including logistics, registration, and follow-ups;
* Communicate regularly and proactively within the team to ensure alignment, sharing updates, and delivering a seamless candidate and recruiter experience;
* Maintain and update internal data systems and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms to support strategic decision-making and compliance.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
* At least one previous or similar experience in recruitment or strong interest in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment;
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, knowledge in Workday and/or Cornerstone is an asset;
* A curious and analytical mindset, always seeking to understand talent trends and improve strategies;
* A client-centric approach with a collaborative spirit and solution-driven attitude;
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team with a results-driven approach;
* Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese are mandatory. French or German are considered as a plus.
