Role Overview
We are looking for a
DORA Project Manager
to join a
central Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud organization
within a large, regulated financial environment.
This role sits within the
DORA Governance Team
and plays a key part in
steering the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA – EU Regulation 2022/2554)
across multiple international entities.
You will act as a
hands-on IT Project Manager
, translating
regulatory requirements into concrete technical and operational actions
, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and communicating project status to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
DORA Project Management & Delivery
* Maintain and evolve the DORA implementation roadmap (tasks, milestones, deadlines)
* Translate regulatory requirements into cybersecurity and operational resilience frameworks
* Track progress across entities and identify deviations or risks early
* Challenge teams when needed and escalate issues proactively
Stakeholder Coordination & Governance
* Organize and support steering committees, workshops, follow-up meetings and ad-hoc checkpoints
* Act as a central point of contact for DORA-related topics
* Support entities in addressing technical and organizational challenges linked to DORA compliance
Hands-on Support & Change Enablement
* Work directly with technical and business teams on DORA-related implementations such as:
* Network segmentation
* Backup and recovery
* Third-party risk and monitoring
* Troubleshoot roadblocks and support teams even in areas outside your core expertise, with a strong learning mindset
Communication & Reporting
* Produce clear, visual status reporting (dashboards, one-pagers, management briefs)
* Ensure all stakeholders understand current status, next steps and responsibilities
* Maintain a living SharePoint / FAQ repository with project knowledge, lessons learned and common questions
Required Technical Skills
Project Management
* 3+ years of experience managing IT-oriented projects
* Strong ability to:
* Build and maintain roadmaps
* Track milestones and dependencies
* Produce structured status reports and dashboards
* Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Technical & Cybersecurity Awareness
* Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure:
* Servers
* Networking basics
* CIA triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability)
* Cybersecurity testing types
* Good grasp of cybersecurity and operational resilience concepts
* Python scripting is a nice to have
Communication
* Ability to explain technical or regulatory topics to non-technical audiences
* Comfortable leading meetings, workshops and steering committees
Languages
* English – Expert (mandatory)
* French – Basic knowledge / notions (nice to have)
Soft Skills
* Strong willingness to learn about DORA, cybersecurity and operational resilience
* Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset
* Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
* Ability to support change management and guide teams through regulatory transformation
