* Troubleshoot issues related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with users, adapting to diverse situations
* Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to resolve technical challenges

* Fluent in English / Portuguese
* Training or experience in IT support or cloud-based technologies (highly valued)
