We are looking for a
Technical Writer
for a project in
Lisbon (remote).
What are we looking for?
-Proven experience creating technical content for developer or infrastructure audiences;
-Strong ability to understand complex systems through hands-on exploration, not only through documentation reviews or SME interviews;
-Excellent communication skills and a user-first mindset, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences;
-Comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams as a partner and contributor to the product narrative;
-Experience or interest in platform or infrastructure products (low-code, cloud platforms, or similar);
-Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to learn new technologies quickly;
-Experienced with a docs-as-code approach, including authoring in Markdown, collaborating through GitHub, and working in development-friendly environments such as VS Code;
-Familiar with core software development concepts — including web services, databases, and cloud architecture — to engage confidently with engineering teams and understand technical scenarios;
-Familiar with Agile delivery practices and comfortable working in iterative development cycles;
-Experienced with collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira to manage work transparently and align with cross-functional teams.
