Your role:
• Support customers via chat, phone, and email
• Provide fast, effective, and empathetic assistance
• Handle inquiries independently and resolve complex cases
• Support fraud prevention and investigation processes
• Assist customers in vulnerable situations
• Collaborate with your team and support new joiners
Your profile:
• English level C1 or C2 (mandatory)
• Experience in customer service, banking, finance, or insurance (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using digital tools and systems
