Responsibilities:
Financial Governance Function:
Play a key role in controlling, monitoring, and optimizing the entire process from invoicing to payment receipt. Ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance through policy development and implementation.
1. Develop and implement policies for the financial process.
2. Collaborate with the tax or accounting department and external service providers.
3. Accompany process changes and train the organization.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management:
Set performance goals and KPIs for the process, monitor external service provider performance, and ensure continuous process improvement.
Data Management and Reporting:
Develop reporting for receivables and revenues in SAP BW, ensuring relevant information is available for financial management.
Technology and Systems:
Manage the selection and implementation of supporting software and tools, such as SAP SoA People, in coordination with IT and external providers.
Compliance & Internal Controls:
Support risk management by identifying risks, developing measures, and implementing internal controls.
Requirements:
* Completed at least 4 years of regular studies in finance or equivalent.
* Several years of professional experience in accounting or financial management; experience with financial processes is desirable.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
* Excellent team and communication skills.
* Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
* Fluent in English; international work experience is a plus.
* High IT affinity with strong knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0 (FI and SD modules) or SAP BW; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is advantageous.
* Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
