Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain up-to-date customer files by processing and documenting all relevant information in accordance with bank regulations and internal procedures.
* E nsure strict adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory standards to prevent any non-compliance issues.
* Process administrative tasks related to client documentation, such as encoding, verification, and archiving, in a timely and efficient manner.
* Verify and maintain the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all customer file documentation to prevent errors and discrepancies.
