Job Description
A Data Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of an organization's data systems.
The role involves performing daily production checks to identify delays or mistakes in processes or flows, coordinating with IT OPS teams and subsidiaries to manage production incidents, and maintaining constant contact with corporate entities to update them on incident status.

* Support data-related issue resolution.
* Create reports on significant events and incidents, suggesting enhancements for monitoring dashboards.
* Respond to infrastructure requests (networks, databases, storage, etc.).
* Collaborate on deliveries, including CI/CD toolchains for pre-production and production settings.
* Monitor infrastructure expenses while working with the FINOPS group.
* Evaluate modifications and make suggestions.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong Dremio experience, technical expertise in Shell programming in SQL on Dremio Unix, and proficiency in English. Additionally, they should have tools for monitoring such as Grafana (ELK), Kibana, and Dynatrace, and tools for ITIL and incident management like ServiceNow, Jira CI/CD: Jenkins, DBT, GitLab.
Candidates should also have experience with lifecycle of Software Development (SDLC) and proficiency in orchestration tools like Airflow, Reflections, and Autosys.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong Dremio experience (at least one year required).
