What you'll do
Provide reactive phone, email and chat support services with emphasis on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution;
Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients;
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
What you'll need
Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in English;
Experience in Technical Support;
Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills;
Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
