Your New Role
As an IT Team Lead, you will oversee the development and integration of business-critical systems, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with strategic objectives. You will lead a skilled team, manage projects from conception to delivery, and act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders. This role demands a hands-on approach to system architecture, ERP customisation, and data integration, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Oversee the design, development, and optimisation of ERP systems, with a strong focus on Sage X3.
Manage data integration processes using SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS, ensuring accuracy and performance.
Implement and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, including Power BI dashboards and reports.
Drive best practices in system architecture and ITIL-based service management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business needs.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation in system development and operations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Proven experience (5+ years) in leading development teams and managing IT projects.
Strong expertise in ERP systems, particularly Sage X3, including configuration and customisation.
Solid knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, SSRS, and data export services.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
Familiarity with logistics processes and systems (WMS, TMS).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and system integration via Webservices/API.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
