We are currently looking for a Bilingual French & English Customer Consultants
This is a fully remote position in Portugal, offering the opportunity to work in an international environment while supporting a globally recognised brand.
Your Role
As a Customer Consultant, you will ensure that members receive high-quality support and a seamless streaming experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing support to French- speaking customers via phone, email and chat
* Troubleshooting technical and account-related issues
* Guiding users through platform features and functionality
* Ensuring an excellent customer experience at every interaction
* Gathering customer feedback to support service improvements
What We're Looking For
* Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level)
* Previous customer support experience is a plus
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
* Customer-focused mindset
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Compensation Package:
* Base Salary: €920
* Performance Bonus (max): €360
* Language Allowance (French+ English): €250
* Meal Allowance: €10.20/day (≈ €214/month)
* Assiduity Allowance: €110
