Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding airline services.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries about travel-related services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure their details are recorded correctly.
- Work collaboratively with the airline team to ensure customer needs are met and enhanced service delivery.
- Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and service offerings to provide informed assistance.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the airlines or travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations.
- Familiarity with customer service software and airline booking systems is a plus.
- A keen interest in the aviation industry and related services.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to fast-paced settings.
