Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: 1100 per 14 months
Additional Bonus: 100 per 11 months (Complexity Bonus)

Role Overview
You will support customers by providing accurate information, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and professional service experience. You will join a multicultural, dynamic team representing a globally recognized company known for quality and innovation.
Working Model and Schedule
This position is on-site.
Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays):
08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
Days Off: Sunday and one rotational day
Requirements
* Dutch C1 minimum
* English B1-B2 minimum
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
