HR IEFP Internship (Culture & Belonging) We are looking for a Curricular Intern to support Sodexo's global Culture & Belonging (C&B) strategy. This internship is designed for students who want hands‐on experience in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), internal communication, and employee engagement, within a truly global organization. Based in SBS Porto, the intern will work closely with experienced HR and Culture & Belonging professionals, contributing to international projects while developing practical skills, autonomy, and professional confidence. What will you do? A. Global Culture and Belonging projects: Support global Culture & Belonging initiatives across regions. Assist in initiatives that promote Global Advisory Boards and local communities. Contribute to development of a global engagement framework for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Support the management of the Culture & Belonging Viva Engage community, including content creation, engagement monitoring, and analytics. Help maintain and communicate the Culture & Belonging annual calendar, supporting campaigns, events, and key milestones. B. External Ecosystem & Research Conduct benchmarking and research on Diversity & Inclusion practices. Support the review of Culture & Belonging messaging in proposals and internal materials. Analyse insights from strategic partnerships and contribute to reporting, visibility initiatives. Document regional best practices and success stories to support global knowledge sharing. C. Communication, Events & Reporting Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and storytelling materials highlighting Culture & Belonging impact. Assist with the organization of virtual and in‐person events, including logistics and materials. Produce research briefs and insight summaries to support internal decision‐making. Collaborate with international stakeholders across HR, Communications, ERGs, and Culture & Belonging teams.
