Job Description
We are looking for our next team member who will be joining us as a Compliance Officer in Lisbon, Portugal, starting in early 2026.
Who we are:

Your main responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage KYC / AML processes, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
* Lead the onboarding of institutional and professional investors, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
* Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, including CMVM and other relevant authorities.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations impacting capital markets, with a strong preference for those with exposure to structured products.
* Ensure company-wide policies and procedures are compliant with current regulatory frameworks
Requirements
What experience and background we are looking for:
* 10+ years of experience in compliance, ideally within the capital markets space
* Deep understanding of structured products and financial instruments
* Proven experience working with or liaising with CMVM or equivalent regulators
* Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and other key compliance functions
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
* Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon
