Community Manager – United Kingdom Market
Location: Leiria, Portugal (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Role Overview:
As the Community Manager for the United Kingdom market, you will manage and grow our brand communities across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels), creating engaging content and fostering brand loyalty through social media platforms, capitalizing on our long-standing United Kingdom presence to strengthen our brand’s connection with parents.
You will also be managing relationships with influencers, user-generated content creators and brand ambassadors, identifying potential partners, lead negotiations, oversee the full collaboration process from briefing to publication and track results.
You will also monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness of both organic social campaigns and influencer colaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Experience in influencer/ambassador management, including negotiations.
* Manage the brand’s community across social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok).
* Build close relationships with the brand’s United Kingdom community.
* Develop and implement a strategy/plan to grow the community and increase engagement by deeply understanding the audience’s characteristics.
* Handle daily social media management and produce digital content (images and copy) in close collaboration with the creative department, aligning with brand targets and objectives.
* Research, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
* Identify key influencers to activate, determine activation methods and frequency, and address visibility and brand consideration challenges within the allocated budget.
* Maintain and develop a network of influencers to effectively promote the brand.
* Critically analyze KPIs, measure the effectiveness and performance of each action, and implement improvements for future initiatives.
* Communicate the performance of actions with relevant metrics (reach, engagement, interactions, customer satisfaction, etc.).
* Analyze competitors’ best practices to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Management, or related fields.
* Over 3 years of professional experience in a community management role
* Creative writing skills that motivate and engage the audience.
* Analytical and creative thinking, critical mindset, and results-oriented approach.
* Strong understanding of United Kingdom culture and social media trends.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* Experience in the children’s or lifestyle sector is a plus.
