We are seeking a
Senior SAP Basis Consultant
to design, deploy, migrate, manage, and evolve infrastructure services across SAP and related technologies. This role is critical in ensuring the performance, availability, and continuous improvement of SAP systems, including HANA and Oracle databases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust SAP platform solutions and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the operation and management of the SAP Platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of SAP infrastructure strategies and projects.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis and database-related issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and support SAP platform design and implementation.
* Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement within SAP Basis services.
* Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical reports.
* Optimize resource allocation for SAP-related tasks and projects.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of 6 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a similar SAP Basis role.
* Proven experience in SAP Platform management, including HANA and Oracle databases.
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
* Nice to have: SAP certifications related to Basis or platform technologies .
Other Requirements
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days on-site).
* Availability for 24x7 standby services on a rotational basis.
