What we're looking for:
Maintain and support digital document processing and archiving applications handling high-volume workflows (millions of documents/year)
Develop and enhance solutions using .
NET, Kofax TotalAgility (KTA), and Kofax Insight
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure application reliability and performance
Improve document processing efficiency (RAD/LAD), workflows, and reporting aligned with business needs
Work in Agile environment (Scrum) with strong collaboration across IT and business teams
