We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Braga. This is an on-site role, perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and looking to grow in a professional and friendly environment.
Position: Customer Service Representative – French Speaker
Location: Braga, Portugal (On-Site)
Contract: Permanent (3-Month Trial Period)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:30 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in French (C2 level required)
* Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Follow internal procedures and meet quality standards and KPIs
Requirements:
* Fluent French speaker (C2 level mandatory)
* Good command of English B2 (for internal communication)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
* Availability to work on rotational shifts from Monday to Friday
* Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
* Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
