We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Category Manager to lead our Co-Packing category—outsourcing manufacturing processes—across multiple European markets.
This is a high-impact role where you'll drive value, innovation, and sustainability across our supply chain.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of category strategies across EU markets, balancing cost, quality, and supply security.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement goals with business strategy—acting as the single point of contact for your category.
Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Manage RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, and contracts using our 7-Step Strategic Sourcing methodology.
Champion supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Deliver on sustainability goals and risk mitigation strategies through innovative sourcing.
Monitor and report on procurement performance and value delivery.

What You'll Bring
Experience:
Proven success in procurement or category management, ideally with exposure to cardboard and corrugated packaging.
Experience working with global and regional suppliers.
Skills:
Strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management; market assessment and sustainability integration; project management and data analysis; risk identification and mitigation.
Behaviours:
Strong relationship builder and influencer; strategic thinker and problem solver; inclusive team player with a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher; Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, Spanish or Dutch is a plus.
