Fluent in Dutch (C1 level or higher) with good English skills (B2 level minimum)Legally residing in Portugal or willing to relocate (visa/work permit assistance not provided)Passionate about customer support and capable of handling tech-related issuesA clear and confident communicator, both written and spokenPatient, empathetic, and a great problem solverComfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skillsFamiliar with modern technology (smartphones, iOS/macOS devices, basic software troubleshooting) ??
