We are recruiting a Database Administrator with experience in AWS cloud environments to join a project in the financial sector.
Hybrid project - Porto
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in database administration in critical environments on AWS;
* Proven experience with AWS RDS, Aurora (PostgreSQL and MySQL), and Amazon Redshift;
* Skills in database installation and configuration;
* Performance tuning and query optimization;
* Workload management and troubleshooting in production;
* English level B2 (upper intermediate) — written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of databases on AWS (RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL and MySQL, Redshift);
* Monitoring, tuning, and performance optimization;
* Query optimization and workload management;
* Support for critical environments and incident resolution;
* Collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of data solutions.
