Overview
We're hiring ahands-on AI Marketing & Lead Generation Specialistbased in Lisbon, Portugal to build and scale high-performing acquisition funnels targeting aninternational audience of investors.
This is not a "campaign manager" role.
We're looking for adoersomeone who thinks infunnels, systems, and conversions, and can execute end-to-end lead generation strategies that drive real business results.
AI should be used asleverage for speed and efficiency, not as a substitute for strategic thinking or execution.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Scale Lead Generation FunnelsDesign and execute full-funnel systems (ads ? landing pages ? CRM ? nurturing)
Own the entire user journey from first touchpoint to qualified lead
Continuously improve conversion rates across all funnel stages
Performance Marketing ExecutionLaunch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Track and improve key metrics:CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS
Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize lead quality and volume
International Audience TargetingDevelop strategies to attractglobal investors across multiple geographies
Adapt messaging and funnels to different markets and personas
Test and localize campaigns where needed
Organic Growth & Brand VisibilityDrive inbound leads through content, social media, and SEO
Build brand authority in competitive, high-value markets
Identify and execute growth opportunities beyond paid channels
AI-Enhanced ExecutionUse AI tools to accelerate workflows (copywriting, testing, automation, data analysis)
Implement automations to streamline lead capture and nurturing
Maintain a critical, performance-first approach (AI supports, not leads)
Testing & OptimizationRun continuous A/B testing across ads, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
Analyze performance data and iterate ????? (fast)
Build a culture of experimentation and measurable improvement
Requirements
2–5 years of experiencein performance marketing, growth, or lead generation
Proven ability tobuild and scale funnels from scratch
Strong understanding of:
CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates
Funnel optimization and lead qualification
Hands-on experience with:
Paid acquisition platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Landing page tools and CRM systems
Analytics and tracking tools (GA4, pixels, etc.)
Experience working withinternational or multi-market audiences
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) and practical application
