The candidate that will succeed in this position will recognize when test automation is appropriate to ease the integrated tests and run regression test campaign, together with a QA engineer.
The candidate will be responsible for reporting on the test progress, delivery quality status and test results, adapting test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
Responsibilities
* Define the Test Strategy to be applied based on the best practices and initiative specificities, especially the related Release Plan;
* Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per the standards defined by the organization;
* Mobilize and manage identified stakeholders for the execution of Integrated testing activities.
Qualifications
* Master degree or Bachelor in business, digital/web technology, mathematics, engineering or science;
* 5-10 years of experience in integrated Test management in an international context;
* Proven hands-on experience with manual/functional/automation testing;
* Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies;
* Strong proficiency in JIRA and SAP environments, especially Zephyr and Solution Manager;
* Proven history of leading QA activities;
* Experience of Luxury industry is a strong plus;
* Development background is a plus.
