We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our team.
This role involves driving excellence in data management, ensuring high-quality master data, supporting process improvements, and collaborating across departments. The successful candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP. They will also possess an understanding of production/manufacturing processes, as well as the ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Program ME and Serial ME on SAP Parameterization topics from Gate 3 through end of production.
* Create, maintain, and delete all series materials in SAP (finished goods, components, and raw materials, including welding wire).
* Create, maintain, and delete all SAP work centers (in close collaboration with Plant Controlling & Finance and Industrial Engineering).
* Generate regular SAP reports to identify obsolete materials, work centers, and routings in order to improve data quality and consistency.
* Coordinate and initiate the cleanup of existing SAP materials, work centers, cost centers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routings.
* Implement and communicate all material- and work-center-related changes to relevant departments (e.g., Controlling & Finance, PCB1, Purchasing, ME).
* Provide and enhance required ME methods for material and product data to the Global Data Management Team.
* Support Operations Planning activities as needed.
* Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), B-MoMs, work centers, routings, and cost centers in SAP.
* Ensure that all series materials and work centers accurately reflect the real production environment.
* Serve as the first point of contact for all issues related to series material master data.
* Promote efficient and timely information flow within ME and across cross-functional teams.
* Act as SAP Key User for the ME department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level).
* Knowledge of SAP.
* Understanding of production/manufacturing processes.
* Ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings.
* Knowledge of BOMs and routings.
* English proficiency – B1 level.
