We are seeking a proactive, solutions-driven professional to champion our host community and ensure the smooth operation of our marketplace.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for host inquiries via Zendesk, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to bookings, listings, payments, and general platform questions within defined SLAs.
* Host Support Management: Handle all incoming host support requests via Zendesk, ensuring cases are resolved promptly and effectively within the designated SLAs.
* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve host issues related to booking, listing, payments, and general platform inquiries.
Required Skills
* You should have at least 1 year of experience in customer or host support roles. Ideally you would have worked in a similar environment previously like travel or tech sector. You must be able to work with customers effectively using strong problem-solving skills as well as exceptional communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage especially when working on international markets.
