We are looking for professionals to join our Secure MFT & B2B Integration international team.
What will your day-to-day look like?
* Second-level support for the area
* Platform monitoring and incident management in the client's production environment
* Development of business processes and file transfer management (various formats such as XML, CSV, positional, EDI, iDoc, etc.)
* Server maintenance, installation, and configuration of products (Docker containers)
* Configuration and management of communication protocols (FTP/S, SFTP, AS2, email, C:D, web services, REST API, etc.)
* Security tasks (introduction to encryption, signing, authentication, etc.), both in communications and file processing
* Database schema definition, management, optimization, and updates
* Product installations in standalone or high-availability architectures, on-premises or IaaS
How can you achieve this?
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
* 1–2 years in the IT sector performing technical support, system administration, or similar roles
Knowledge in:
* Relational and hierarchical databases
* Networks and communication protocols
* Object-Oriented Programming (experience in Java, .NET, or other languages is a plus)
* Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, and Windows
* English and Spanish level B2 minimum (certification not required)
Nice to have:
* Knowledge or experience with IBM Sterling
