Location: Maia, Porto (On-site)

About the Role
Youll be responsible for managing our full infrastructure stack from Kubernetes clusters and PostgreSQL data lakes to Python-based microservices, ML pipelines, and LLM agent orchestration. This is a hands-on role where your decisions directly impact performance, scalability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
* Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters
* Manage container orchestration and service mesh configurations
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices
* Oversee Docker image lifecycle, optimization, and security
Database Administration
* Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases
* Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
* Monitor performance and apply optimization strategies
* Ensure database security, access control, and compliance
Platform Operations
* Deploy and maintain Python microservices across environments
* Manage ML pipeline infrastructure and model deployment workflows
* Oversee LLM agent infrastructure and GPU resource allocation
* Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for AI/ML workloads
* Apply Infrastructure as Code using modern DevOps practices
* Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance
System Administration
* Maintain Linux-based server infrastructure
* Apply security best practices and compliance standards
* Manage network configurations, load balancers, and service discovery
* Automate routine tasks and system maintenance

* Certifications: CKA, CKAD, AWS Architect, etc.
