- Develop templates, playbooks, and milestones to ensure consistency in execution.
- Use project management tools to track progress and communicate status.
- Mentor and train internal teams and suppliers on scalable processes, reporting standards, and digital tools.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current project structures and propose solutions.
- Align supplier readiness with project milestones and launch schedules.
- Facilitate lessons learned workshops and integrate findings into existing development processes.
- Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans, especially for supplier-related risks.
- Implement automated report generation using tools to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Create dashboards for real-time visibility into performance, project status, and risk indicators.
- Ensure reports are tailored for different audiences (executive, operational, supplier-facing).
- Maintain a centralized repository of 8D reports, audit results, and performance scorecards.Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field- 5+ years in automotive supplier development, engineering, or project management- Strong knowledge of automotive reporting standards, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, etc.- Self-motivated, with drive to complete challenging assignments both independently and as a member of a team- Experience with scalable project management and digital tools- Experience in automation and manufacturing equipment is a plus- Willing to travel up to 50%#J-*****-Ljbffr
