What challenge do we have for you?
You will provide on-site and remote IT support, ensuring operational continuity and high-quality technical service within a structured SLA-driven environment.
Acting as the local IT point of contact, you will deliver first-line technical support, perform hardware and software interventions, support network connectivity, manage incidents through ITSM tools, and ensure proper asset lifecycle management.
This role requires strong user orientation, structured troubleshooting skills, and the ability to represent IT with professionalism in dynamic operational environments.
Location: Seixal On-site
Level of experience: 2+ years
Salary package:
Junior: €920 to €1,400 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Expense Allowances + Flex Benefits

Mid: €1,100 to €1,900 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Expense Allowances + Flex Benefits

️ Do you have what it takes to be a Field Support Technician (IT)?
* Proven experience in IT field support or service desk environments
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic knowledge of macOS
* Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
* Experience using ServiceNow (ITSM)
* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
* Basic experience with Active Directory
* Experience handling hardware interventions
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Service orientation
* Basic technical English
