About the Job
The Credit Risk - Regulatory Reporting Senior Officer, along with their team, contributes to the computation and analysis of Credit Risk RWA, supporting the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures. Responsibilities include Group and sub-consolidated regulatory reporting (COREP, Large Exposures, Leverage Ratio, International Commitments, Pillar 2, G-SIB, Basel Monitoring), ensuring data quality, optimizing processes, and supporting managerial tasks.
Main Activities
- Production, collection, and control of credit and counterparty risk data using tools like ARC, SRS, and databases.
- Preparation of documentation for report validation meetings and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Coordination with process stakeholders and participation in regulatory and reporting projects.
- Enhancement of data quality and process efficiency through revisions and testing.
- Onboarding and training of new team members.
- Support in regulatory report preparation and delivery, especially for frameworks like Basel IV.
Profile and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Risk and Controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
- Team player with attention to detail, rigor, and analytical skills.
