Content Moderator – German Speaker | Porto, Portugal

Position Details:
* Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site – POP | Porto Office Park)
* Schedule: Rotating shifts (24/7 coverage, with 2 days off per week)
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Relocation Package: Includes flight and temporary accommodation ( up to 3 weeks)
* Right to Work: A valid EU passport or Portuguese work permit is mandatory to be eligible for this position
Key Responsibilities:
* Review user-generated content, legal notices, and complaints, particularly related to copyright or platform violations
* Audit and moderate content on a well-known social media platform
* Ensure that all moderation decisions are in line with client guidelines and performance metrics (KPIs)
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform policies, tools, and client services
* Protect user data and uphold compliance protocols
* Identify trends, report issues, and help ensure high-quality user experiences
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proficient in German (C1 level) and fluent in English (B2 or above)
* Comfortable with PC navigation and digital platforms
* Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong attention to detail and patience in repetitive, fast-paced environments
* Flexible with work schedules, including night and weekend shifts
* Previous experience in a related field is a plus, though not required
* Strong customer service orientation is highly valued
