Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily operations at our office in Faial, ensuring seamless logistics and administrative support.
* Drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Develop and manage client quotations from scoping through delivery planning, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* IDentify and pursue public funding opportunities, drafting or contributing to grant proposals that align with the company's goals and objectives.
* Nurture partnerships with local private and public institutions, fostering collaborative relationships that drive business growth and success.
* Represent the company at events, stakeholder meetings, and local engagements, promoting the company's brand and values.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Project management expertise, including tool proficiency.
* Marketing and sales experience, with a focus on business development and growth.
* Administrative coordination knowledge, including team and office logistics.
* Basic accounting and financial literacy, including budgeting and cost tracking.
* Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to convey complex information to non-experts.
* Comfortable working independently and coordinating with remote teams.

* Knowledge of underwater acoustics or maritime monitoring, with a focus on technical specifications and project management.
