Activities:
1. You will be responsible for advising of finance topics, considering the entire process value chain within the NORMA Group
2. You define solutions and coordinate them independently with your global counterparts to achieve a corporate standard within but even outside your own core domain
3. You extend our Norma ERP solution based on the requirements of the locations
4. You own regional or even global responsibility for 3rd party software solutions in finance area
5. You carry out projects on your own responsibility
6. You enforce the implementation of defined and harmonized finance business processes
7. You participate in implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (formerly Dynamics 365 F&O) at locations in the EMEA region and support existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O rollouts/ entities globally, including design, configuration, testing and training
8. You consult the business areas for their process design and support for global and local change requirements
9. You will create specifications and support our developers in the implementation loops
10. You will manage external service providers and ensure the timely completion of their tasks
11. You will support the compliance of IT standards and best practices of NORMA Group.
Requirements:
12. You have several years of experience with finance processes, including but not limited to General Ledger, BI, Reporting, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Bank Management
13. You have solid ERP knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or F&O, Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 is a plus
14. You can coordinate regional and global change requests and analyze impacts between entities
15. You have a sound knowledge of the material and value flows within ERP systems and interfaces
16. You have a high understanding of functional and technical requirements and know how to use this
17. They can deal with complexity and optimize you work routine accordingly
18. Your structured and solution-oriented approach enables you to keep a cool head and make high-quality decisions even in labor-intensive situations
19. You are able to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications
20. You have experience in Dynamics 365 ERP implementations by using a companywide process template
21. You are flexible and have a willingness to travel of up to 50%.
22. You enjoy dealing with people and convince through service-oriented thinking and acting, also in the management of employees
23. Experience in discrete manufacturing (automotive supplier for OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2) is a plus
24. Very good English skills round off your profile
